Sessions are structured, welcoming, and capped at just five swimmers per lane — meaning more swimming, more feedback, and significantly less lane chaos than your average public session. No fighting for space, no weaving through unpredictable breaststroke, and no feeling like you’ve accidentally entered an Olympic trial just for turning up on a Tuesday night.
