My background is rooted in sport, movement, and performance.
With an undergraduate degree specialising in Sports and Exercise Science, qualifications across swimming and personal training, and years of experience in endurance sport, I coach using a balance of science, practicality, and real-world experience.
I’ve competed in triathlons, sportives, and time trials, spent countless hours in pools and open water environments, and understand both the physical and mental side of training. But more importantly, I understand that not everybody entering these spaces feels confident straight away.
That’s why my coaching philosophy centres around creating welcoming, supportive environments that still deliver high-quality coaching and measurable progress.
Whether I’m coaching a nervous adult swimmer, leading a high-energy spin class, helping someone return to strength training, or supporting an athlete preparing for endurance events, the aim is always the same:
To help people feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in themselves.
